I tell myself don't quit!

Recently I have started to run about 2~3 kilometer per day, who wanted to establish a good health situation so that I am able to help more people as well. As my job saying, if u want to address the core of health, then u have to be the health product first.

I am not proficient of running, some say running is a boring subject that it's also an isolated exercise without interacting with others. I agree. I run for 3 reasons as follow: 1. I can exercise whenever I want without a partner. 2. I think a lot of myself during the jogging. 3. It trains my physical situation in order to make me more health.

It's not easy for a novice to run a distance in the first time, I feel my legs is weak and I can't run no more who watch some elders run fast in front of me. Am I going to quit? Am I going to stop? I told myself "hold on, focus on your breath, don't quit, if u quit right now, u quit your life." when I was going to stop. So I run faster and faster day by day.

Actually I was exhausted after running, but I did make it! That uplift my confidence so that I am more courageous of pursuing my dream.

I went to run yesterday and saw a girl who ran slowly which remind me of the first time jogging. I was the girl who ran slowly before. This is how we enhance ourselves.

Every time I run, I tell myself not to quit, not to give up. If I quit for the little thing, then how can I be able to pursue a better life. Sign, I read some newspaper of suicide or making unrest of the society for showing the angry or dissatisfied.

If it's easy to attain success, there won't publish a ton of books of telling u how to be successful. I am assured of many obstacles come unexpectedly to restrain the goal that u want to reach, but this is how we learn to dance in the rain rather than waiting the storm to pass. I absolutely encourage people who are struggling with their life and I assume to think positively, u will meet up with lucky.

I tell myself, don't quit!

That's great you're running. I prefer to walk, not run. I would get winded too easily and I'm not that fit yet. I also hate what running does to my feet.

Keep up the good work and definately don't give up!

Running is OK I guess, but a little rough on the body. Personally, I like the aqua-calisthenics. I find its a little less impact on the body, it's nice and cool in the summer and warm in the winter, increases metabolism, and most of all, I CANT smoke while Im in the pool
